Provide the order ID, network, transaction hash and amount. An administrator reviews the transfer and circumstances. A rejected invoice does not automatically reverse an on-chain transaction.

Explain the missing access or delivery problem so support can investigate and assess your request. The website does not make automatic refund decisions. Mandatory customer rights remain applicable.
